About Me

A 2009 graduate of the Massage Arts Center of Philadelphia's Therapeutic Massage program, I have been a Board Certified Massage Therapist since 2010 and am licensed in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. I have spent the past several years working in a chiropractic office and am a trained Medical Massage Practitioner. I have also provided massage in senior centers, in client's homes, spas and wellness centers.

I hope that through bodywork I can help my clients to cultivate greater body awareness, promote healing, and provide a sense of holistic wellness. I use massage techniques to treat muscles, fascia and joints so that blood, breath and lymph can flow unimpeded. Every cell in the body eats and excretes, and on a fundamental level my goal for a session is for the body's tissues to be nourished and energetic channels balanced so the body can heal itself. Another important goal for me is to use massage to help clients to gain greater structural balance in the body. Throughout the session I assess and treat muscular imbalances in order to restore optimal posture and movement. I use observation, analysis, and careful attention to provide effective treatments with long-lasting results.
