Welcome!

My approach to massage therapy is focused on promoting flow and holistic wellness as well as nurturing specific areas. I have a diverse skill-set and am happy to apply my creativity and knowledge to help you work towards your wellness goals, whether it is rehabilitation from an injury, chronic issues, maintaining an active lifestyle, or relieving everyday stress and tension. I have spent the past several years working in a chiropractic office as well as in homes, spas, and wellness centers. I am trained in medical massage, trigger point therapy, acupressure, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal. I hope that through bodywork I can help my clients to cultivate greater body awareness, promote healing, and provide a sense of holistic wellness.

• Paradise Spa in East Heaven Hot Tubs in Northampton, MA. You can request to book with me here! Sessions are subject to their price and scheduling.
• The Healing Zone Therapeutic Massage in Hadley, MA. Sessions subject to their pricing. I hold office hours here on Thursdays. Online booking available www.thehealingzonemassage.com
• Centerspace Wellness @Meiklem Kiln Works in Bozrah, CT. I travel here on specific days of the month, you can call or email me to find out my availability.
